Scope

Safe Haven Universe is a player-driven research project.
We do not host copyrighted game files, leaked assets, internal code, or proprietary material from MOB Entertainment or any other intellectual property holder.
All content is derived from gameplay observations, experimental analysis, and publicly available information.

This DMCA Policy outlines how we respond to claims of copyright infringement.

Foundational Standards

We operate under three principles:

1. No distribution of copyrighted assets
No models, textures, internal scripts, proprietary audio, or scene files.

2. No commercial exploitation of protected material
All research is non-commercial, descriptive, and interpretive.

3. Respect for rights holders
We remove infringing material when properly notified.

Submit a Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe material on this site infringes your rights, submit a takedown request with the following:

  • Full legal name of the claimant
  • Contact information (email required)
  • Clear identification of the copyrighted work
  • Exact URL(s) of allegedly infringing content
  • A good-faith statement explaining why the use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and made under penalty of perjury

What Happens Next

  1. We verify the notice meets legal requirements.
  2. If valid, the flagged content will be removed or access restricted.
  3. We may request clarification or additional evidence if your notice is incomplete.

We do not respond to:

  • Generalized claims without URLs
  • Automated complaints
  • “You posted a character name” style claims
  • Harassment, intimidation, or speculative accusations

Counter-Notice

If you are the content owner and believe your material was taken down in error:

Send:

  • Your legal name
  • URLs of removed content
  • A factual explanation of why the content is lawful
  • Consent to jurisdiction in your legal region
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury

If the claim holds, content remains removed.
If the claim fails, content may be restored at admin discretion.

Repeat Offenders

Accounts or contributors who repeatedly provide infringing materials will be permanently banned.
